Small groups of 4–5 students. Qualified teachers.
Real results — with weekly updates for parents.
GuidedMinds was built with one purpose: to give primary school children the focused, personalised support they deserve. Based in Quakers Hill, our small-group sessions are led by qualified, experienced educators who genuinely care about each child's growth — and keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Every session is guided by a qualified, degree-holding teacher — not a student tutor or casual volunteer.
We cap every group at 4–5 students so your child gets real attention and never gets left behind.
Weekly parent feedback and structured progress tracking mean you always know exactly how your child is going.
Our structured programs are aligned with the Australian curriculum and designed to build genuine confidence alongside real academic progress.
Building the foundation for all learning — from reading fluency to confident written expression.
From number sense to problem solving — we make maths logical, accessible and even enjoyable.
Sparking curiosity and developing scientific thinking with curriculum-aligned, hands-on concepts.
We've designed every part of the GuidedMinds experience with parents and children in mind.
All lessons are delivered by degree-qualified, NESA-registered teachers — not volunteers or undergrads.
Small class sizes ensure personalised attention and a supportive environment where every child participates.
Regular updates on what your child covered, how they performed, and what to focus on next.
We help students work through school homework alongside their tutoring program, building lasting study habits.
Structured assessments and milestone tracking keep your child on the right trajectory all year long.
All our educators hold a current Working With Children Check. Your child's safety is our top priority.
Our educators bring advanced academic qualifications and formal teaching credentials — so you can trust that your child is in capable, professional hands.
